We rarely link to or recommend products on our blog. Today we are talking about the HCG Diet Plan because it is something we had never heard before and the idea itself makes so much sense. We have not tried the HCG diet ourselves but it is something we will try and have high hopes that it will work for us.
The HCG Diet Plan has 3 phases: Loading, Maintenance and Stabilization. For the Loading phase you eat high calorie food, for the maintenance phase you eat a high calorie diet and for the stabilization phase you start to skip the drops and increase your calorie intake.

As someone who has tried many diets, the HCG Diet Plan makes so much sense that we intend to try it ourselves!

I am looking forward to trying this myself. It sort of makes sense as a diet. Will let you know of any progress!
